The All About Wellness Expo for Consumers 
FREE CLASSES ALL WEEKEND

The All About Wellness Expo brings together the best in health and wellness services with vendors and interactive feature presentations to educate our local communities on the benefits of natural and alternative therapies to improve your health, including nutrition, fitness, rehabilitation, mindfulness, sleep, hormone health, mental health, non-invasive cosmetic products and services, and relaxation techniques.

This is a 'COME DO" sv. "come see" show, so bring your yoga mat, comfy shoes and great attitude!

 

Visit our Main Stage for fun and unique presentations and contests. The first 50 attendees each day will receive a swag bag with surprise gifts. We'll be holding a daily prize draw and even if you win the daily draw, you'll still have a chance to win the Grand Prize Draw at the end of the day on Sunday, worth over $2,000, as well as prizes for the competitions.
